Bison Eye of Round Roast

Rachel here...this eye of round roast turned out so good!  I followed one of the recipes we include in all of our shipments for our roasts and it turned out beautiful.  So tender and juicy.  Then we had roast bison sandwiches the next day and bison strogranoff the day after that.  All from a 3 lb roast!  Click on the "Learn More" tab at the top of our website and then click on our "bison cooking instructions" link to find the recipe.  Enjoy!
