Shipping Information

PLEASE NOTE:  WE SHIP EVERY MONDAY, 52 WEEKS A YEAR, UNLESS MONDAY IS A HOLIDAY AND FEDEX IS NOT OPEN.  THEN, YOUR ORDER WILL SHIP THE FOLLOWING MONDAY.

Orders need to be placed by Sunday night at Midnight each week for shipping that same week.  We ship ONLY on Monday's of each week.  Why?  We do this to make sure your order doesn't get stuck at FedEx over the weekend.  Most orders ship in 2 days, some 3, and some 4 days depending on where you live in the US.  We ship FedEx Ground standard shipping.  Your bison meat is shipped frozen with dry ice.  

All products are packed in insulated coolers with liners.  Dry ice and/or gel packs are added to maintain necessary temperatures to keep your product fresh/frozen until it arrives at your desired destination.  

At this time, we are only shipping in the USA.  

Currently, we do not ship to Hawaii and Alaska.  

Frozen products shipped in the continental US will be charged $34.95 for orders under $299 and will be shipped free of charge for orders over $299.  Frozen products will be shipped using dry ice.  We use FedEx.  Standard shipping up to three day ground shipping based on your location.

All orders are on a first-come, first-served basis.  We make every effort to ship your product as soon as possible.  However, in order to insure the freshest product, we operate on a "just-in-time" inventory system.  This means that some of our products may be momentarily unavailable and your shipment may be delayed.
