Bison BBQ Meatballs

2 lbs ground bison from Heritage Bison Ranches

1 1/3 cups evaporated milk (1 can)

2 cups oatmeal

2 eggs

1/2 cup chopped onion

1 tsp. salt

1 tsp chili powder

1/2 tsp. pepper

Combine evaporated milk, ground bison, oatmeal, eggs, chopped onion, salt, chili powder and pepper.  Make meatballs and place in 9 X 13 pan.

1 1/2 cups ketchup

1/2 cup brown sugar

1 1/2 Tbsp. liquid smoke

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/4 cup chopped onion

Combine the ketchup, brown sugar, liquid smoke, garlic powder and finely chopped onion and cover meatballs with the sauce.

Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
