Our bison are all harvested at 2 years old and are all heifers giving you the most tender bison meat you can buy. We also age our meat at our lockers for almost two weeks giving you the best flavor as well. Our bison are grass fed from birth until ninety days before harvest when they are put on corn and alfalfa that we raise right here at our ranch.
