Shipping policy

At this time, we are only shipping to the lower 48 states in the USA.  

Products will ship on Mondays weekly.  If your order is placed later during the week, your order will be shipped the following Monday.

Frozen products shipped in the continental US will be charged $34.95 for orders under $299 and will be shipped free of charge for orders over $299.  Frozen products will be shipped using dry ice and Fed Ex up to three day ground shipping based on your location.

All products are packed in insulated coolers with liners.  Dry ice and/or gel packs are added to maintain necessary temperatures to keep your product fresh until it arrives at your desired destination.  

All orders are on a first-come, first-served basis.  We make every effort to ship your product as soon as possible.  However, in order to insure the freshest product, we operate on a "just-in-time" inventory system.  This means that some of our products may be momentarily unavailable and your shipment may be delayed.

You may pick up your products by appointment only.  Please call Rachel's cell at 712-212-4286 to make an appointment.
